ROBERTA is usually the first person you'll meet when you call or come into our office, as she fulfills her responsibilities at the front desk. Part of the Willes Orthodontic team from the beginning, she brings more than 40 years of dental experience–including 20 years as a dental hygienist and 20 years in the front office–to our practice. Even more importantly, though, she brings her warmth, enthusiasm, and genuine concern for each person she helps. Roberta describes her feelings for her job by saying, "I love the results we get to see as people come in to Dr. Willes to change themselves for the better, and I love that we get to enjoy them throughout this journey! They're in great hands with Dr. Willes. He is a great orthodontist, a great teacher and scholar, and a man with wonderful values. He reminds our staff that our first responsibility is to care for and serve others. He knows how to have fun, too!" |

JOLENE began her association with Willes Orthodontics years ago as one of our awesome patients. Now she is on the other side of the experience, enthusiastically calling upon her five years as an assistant and RDA to cheerfully and adeptly fulfill her duties at chairside. Jolene chose to work in orthodontics because of her positive experiences as a patient here, and now she is making sure she gives our current patients the best care in return. Jolene says that one of her favorite things is "getting to know the patients throughout their treatment, and making them feel comfortable and having them know they can trust the work that I do." About the work that Dr. Willes does, she says, "He is a perfectionist and wants to make sure every patient gets the best treatment and smile possible." She continues, "I really love seeing the end result of treatment and seeing our patients enjoy their new smiles!" |

LISA brings ten years experience as an RDA and a love for orthodontics to Dr. Willes’s office. Her strong work ethic, sense of commitment, and warm, welcoming smile are appreciated by all. She enjoys being part of such a close-knit team and knowing everyone shares the same mission. Serving and getting to know patients and their families is something Lisa looks forward to. She truly enjoys working with children—always treating them as she would want her own kids treated. “I really strive to make sure each patient has a positive experience, and I love challenging myself to learn something new every day. It's a great feeling to see patients so happy to have a beautiful smile." Lisa adds, "Dr. Willes is a great person to work for. He is kind, understanding, and is always willing to go the extra mile for his patients and staff. He has made this a fantastic place–to work or to be a patient." |

LAURA complements her RDA experience in dental and orthodontic assisting with an enthusiastic dedication to her work. She is always looking for ways we at Willes Orthodontics can make your orthodontic experience better. She sees her responsibilities as being two-fold: assisting Dr. Willes at chairside, and equally importantly, serving people. She said she loves interacting with our patients and their families, and making sure they feel comfortable while they're at our office. What she loves most, though, is seeing the increased confidence patients have as they leave our office feeling happy about their beautiful new smiles! She also appreciates being able to work with a great team to accomplish these goals. Of Dr. Willes she says, "He is caring and passionate about providing the best treatment for his patients, and he creates great smiles in a fun atmosphere!"

SIERA is a visible part of Willes Orthodontics in the summers and between college semesters—assisting in marketing, front and back office duties, and patient relations. When she is away at school, she continues her association as our social media specialist. Her always-cheerful personality and background in childhood education and human development allow her to apply her education and insights in helping Willes Orthodontics provide the best possible care to all our patients. She also brings a fresh, contemporary perspective to our online presence. Perhaps her favorite part of her job, though, is the chance to work with and learn from her dad—and interact with the great staff and patients at Willes Orthodontics!

HEIDI loves being part of the Willes Orthodontic team, even though she's usually doing it from home. As Dr. Willes's wife and stay-at-home mom to their four children, she utilizes her spare time and her background in journalism and public relations to oversee the marketing aspects of the practice, from writing newsletters and office literature to taking pictures for the website to scheduling Dr.Willes's community speaking events to planning patient contests and ordering fun give-away items. She also pays the office bills–and she can make a Costco run with the best of 'em! Her favorite part of being on the team, though, is being able to attend staff meetings and staff lunches and any other opportunity she has to associate with the incredible people that are Willes Orthodontics. As for the doctor himself, Heidi thinks he's the greatest! But, of course, she's biased.
